Absolutely love this stuff. First ran across it in Minsk, actually–there was a Georgian baker at the central market and there was always a line waiting for the next batch to appear, and they sold out within minutes. Have tried it in several places across the Balkans but nothing ever compared to that first taste!

This bread is called Pide in Turkey. Lots of diff fillings. Delicious.
