Hello Akash35,
I have visited Barcelona before with my family and I would like to suggest Sagrada Familia. There is no other building that I can compare with it. It is a stunning architectural wonder and you will be amazed to see its beauty. it’s definitely the best place to visit in Barcelona. But because of thousands of tourists, it will be hugely crowded, so I recommend you to pre-book your tickets to avoid long queues

Here are few sites you can use to book your tickets:

I highly recommend Parc Guell, especially with family. It’s very open. Kids and adults can explore the amazing walkways for free. There are often musicians or bubble-men, etc in the par. You have to pay to tour Gaudi’s house or to enter the Monumental Zone. Be sure and make reservations for these if you are going at peak times. For me, the Sagrada Familia was expensive and not very kid-friendly. I paid to go up into one of the towers, and I’m not particularly claustrophobic, but it was scary going down the long long partly open spiral staircase.

We found walking the streets in the Gothic quarter was great fun. Most are closed off from motor traffic and you can walk in the streets looking for good tapas, gelato, chocolate, etc!
