I just watched a short clip about this church. One of the skulls on display has three holes that suggest they could have been shot by arrows.

My husband and I visited last year. The church is about a 10 minute walk from the train station/main cathedral. At first when we walked into the church we were slightly confused because it just looked like a normal, modern-ish church. There wasn’t anyone around so we were about to leave until we saw a door towards the front of the building open. That’s where this chamber is. We paid the small fee to a woman and stepped into the small room. It was really powerful and I am glad we got to see it.
