Falooda is a very popular dessert from Hyderabad, India and it is sold on streets during summers here… It a sweet drink like dessert made out of sabja seeds, thick milk and sev . It is made by making a layer of sabja, falooda sev, thickened milk, dry fruits, ice cream and then adding flavors of rooh afza, also added to it are khoya and mixed well.
