Although I have never been fortunate enough to have tasted Grimsby smoked fish, I can attest to the superior product that is produced by the techniques used. In the Aleutian Islands we cold smoke our wild salmon for subsistence purposes. There is nothing better than fishing together as a family and following a production process that has been passed down by previous generations. I will keep my eyes open for Grimsby fish in the hopes of tasting their product.
