I visited today for about 3 hours, went through all of the rooms and exhibits… this is worth the trip. I have posted a bunch of pictures, but have the complete room by room descriptions if anyone is interested. The room leaflets were sketchy at best, very few in English, but ask and you can get a booklet in English when you turn in your ticket to visit. Oh, buy your ticket on the first floor to the right of the entrance, then come back down to the ground floor to have your ticket ripped, signifying that you have entered. This person is the one to ask for the English room booklet.

The vast majority of the room displays are in Romanian, but the English booklet gives you an overview of each room.

Billet is 10 Lei.

The posters on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the detained are in both Romanian and English.
