Moin!

Hello and moin, fellow travellers!

As an East Frisian by choice I was happy to discover an article about our beloved tea culture here: https://www.atlasobscura.com/articles/tea-in-germany. I enjoyed it greatly!

Sadly, a little error made it into the published version: “You see it in the typical greeting. It’s enough to say, Moin ,” which simply means “morning” in the local dialect."

Moin means “good” or “beautiful” and can be used at any time of day, compare Moin - Wikipedia

Well you have a moin heart  you just taught me a new word, thanks for that.
