This delicious sausage is available in my region (SE Michigan) in better deli shops. I believe I have also had it on a submarine sandwich. The last time I bought it was at Plum Market in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

Hi, Bologna here.
That picture has a huge mistake.
There’s only one rule to define as “Bolognese” a mortadella, and that’s that it must NOT have pistachios in it.
It has porks meat. Nothingh more. Nothing less.
A lot of grandmas here got angry at seeing that picture :smiley:
