we love to hike (if its here we will hike it) , mountain bike (a bit more than novice), cycle (pretty high-speed), ski (anywhere, anytime). Suggestions wanted for your must do!
This is a good place to start:
Lots of information about parks, suggested itineraries to see multiple sites, and photos and maps to give you an idea of what the area is like. I am not sure I can play favorites since I have seen so many amazing places in Utah but nothing quite compares to taking the Moki Dugway up to Muley Point. It was exciting, especially when we encountered a really large pickup hauling a trailer full of hay going down the mesa as we were going up. I recommend going to YouTube for videos of people driving on it.

Excellent links above.
Where to play first? For starting out hiking and biking, I would suggest trying to stay within 50-100 miles of where you will be moving to, before venturing further afield.
Maybe some, but not a lot of skiing in Spring/Summer.
