We’re doing a 3 day city-trip to Minsk and wonder, what unusual or crazy things to do in this city?
I was just there a couple weeks ago. Stalin Line was better than I expected. I’ve been to plenty of these types of places, but this one has some unique features – like ability to shoot some guns, including some high-caliber weapons. Although, there are no projectiles, and you’re essentially just igniting some gun powder. But it sounds cool! For a more authentic experience you can drive an actual tank around!
I also enjoyed the Mound of Glory, but if you don’t plan on renting a car, it might not be worth your while.
Skip the Museum of Stones it’s not worth the time.
The statues outside of the State Circus are worth a quick stop. Quirky.
Food tip: Kuhmistr restaurant close to the Circus was really good! There’s also an old tank across the street in case you don’t make it out to Stalin Line.
Of course check out the State Museum of the History of the Great Patriotic War. At least go to check out the outside at the very least.
